• Account sign-in facility (as applicable): in connection with membership account sign-in facility, your log-in and password details;

• Automatic collection: automatic collection of data when you visit the Website or use our services.  Such data or information may include your internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, details about your browser, operating system or device, location information, internet service provider, pages that you visit before, during and after using our services, information about the links you click, and other information on how you use our Website. We collect such technical information during your visit to the Website through our automatic data collection tools, which may include cookies and other commonly used technologies. • Other external parties for compliance: to external parties if we, in good faith, believe doing so is required or appropriate to comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal process, such as a court order; to collect amounts owed to us; or assist with an investigation or prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity;

• Other external parties in the event of merger, liquidation and/or sale etc: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, for the purpose of crime prevention and detection, and to protect the security and safety of our business, we may provide your personal identification data such as your full passport/identity card no., date of birth and nationality to the relevant law enforcement authorities in Hong Kong — including the Hong Kong Police Force, the Immigration Department, Customs and Excise Department and other government or statutory bodies upon their lawful request.

The Website may, from time to time, contain links to external sites operated by third parties. We have no control of and are not responsible for these third party sites or the content thereof.
