Each party irrevocably agrees that the Courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute(s) or claim(s) (including non-contractual disputes or claims) that arises out of or in connection with these terms, or their subject matter or formation, and irrevocably waives any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the Courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region being nominated as forum to hear and determine any such claim or dispute and agrees not to claim that any of such Court is not a convenient or appropriate forum.
